The ultrabay battery works fine ill all these variants, in fact my ultrabay battery was advertised as a Thinkpad T420s ultrabay battery, but because it was so cheap I took the plunge, and it worked out fine, it's a perfect fit. WebWhat I am wondering though, is an expected recharge time of 5-6 hours normal on a T420 with a 9 cell, i think i get like 4 hours battery life, which is less than the recharge time, even using a 135W adapter doesn't seem to help all that much.
