There might be troubles in getting it in right now, but it’s still part of Lagavulin’s core offerings. I just don’t understand why it’s loved so much. First off it is a quality Scotch. No off notes. Easy to drink and decent complexity. But for the price I cannot understand why its so popular. There are so many other peated expressions that blow it out of the water at the same price or cheaper.
