WebMar 30, 2024 · The UMF Fitness & Recreation Center offers a 25-yd recreation pool serving all levels and abilities. We offer swim lessons, pool rentals, lifeguard training, water aerobics and a variety of other aquatic activities. The Fitness Center pool is kept at a comfortable 84 degrees +/-. Half the pool is set aside for lap swimming and has three lap lanes. WebWe proudly use the American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim Program and offer classes Private Lessons and Group Classes in Level 1 to Level 5. In addition, we offer classes for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and adults. Each participant should come in a suit ready to swim. Infant and Toddler classes run 25 minutes.
