WebJul 24, 2013 · Thats the actual switch itself that you turn them on with. Another problem they had was the circuit board mounted on the motor itself. They get cold cracks in the solder joints. Simply remove the board and resolder them first. It's a known problem and needs to be done regardless and if it still acts up you can replace the switch.
