The sure-fire solution is to restart the tablet, at which point Fully Kiosk will reload the start URL, which is my main Lovelace view for the tablet. WebPremium user here, it's legit. I have it on two fire tablets and while I could live with the watermarks (I appreciate being able to try the premium features without having to pay first) I was more than happy to pay to remove them and help fund the project.
