WebSep 13, 2015 · If you're playing vanilla, you likely bought 12 gauge ammo, rather than 20 gauge. There's a minor issue with lever guns where they'll seemingly get stuck in a looping reload animation forever after switching ammo types, or more commonly, reload their whole magazine instantly.
