When I export the DVD in Adobe Encore, the 5.1 audio seems to downmix to Stereo (Dolby Ditial 2.0). I'm not experiencing this issue while exporting for Blu-ray in Adobe Encore so it probably has something to do with my Adobe Encore settings for DVD.
