WebI can’t think of a rule you’d be getting wrong that would make this happen, but I’ve largely found the opposite when I play. Cobble & Fog introduces more nuanced games and different ways to win, especially with Invisible Man being built for an exhaustion win and Sherlock through counters and Scheme damage but it shouldn’t feel super defensive.
